Product Features:

High density oxidized polyethylene wax op-18 is a kind of polymer based on the oxidation reaction of high density polyethylene. It is a polar wax with high temperature and high hardness.

The melting point of 138 ℃ makes it have wider processing characteristics.

It has no effect on the transparency of PVC transparent products, can accelerate the plasticization efficiency, greatly reduce the torque, reduce the processing temperature, and reduce the screw wear. High temperature resistance, better lubrication performance, demoulding.

Its acid value polar wax is more conducive to the separation of the product from the metal mold, not stick to the mold, and can improve the surface gloss of the surface PVC products, thus prolonging the start-up cycle.
