Used as heat stabilizer for PVC processing; methyl tin mercaptan heat stabilizer (181 for short) is the most effective and most applicable heat stabilizer for PVC plastic processing at home and abroad. Applications:
Methyl Tin Stabilizer is the high efficiency heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) thermal processing. Its stability, transparency, compatibility and weather resistance features are superior than other kinds of organic tin products. It is widely used in the PVC sheet, plate, pipe and blow molding injection products processing industries. It is also can be added into food packaging PVC products.
In other countries, various PVC products(for example,food and pharmaceutical packaging and storage,drinking water delivery pipes and containers, and other PVC products),which needs high hygienic and healthy requirements,have adopted methyl tin stabilizer.
The PVC products after using Methyl Tin Stabilizer own pure color.They have minimal odor (disappears quickly).In the same effect, compared with other organic tin stabilizer,our methyl tin products could save 15-20% usage.This stabilizer product does not dissolve in water, but could easily dissolve in organic solvents(aromatic hydrocarbons and others).

Package: The product is packed into iron drum with plastic coating or plastic bucket, and the net weight is 220kg per drum.
Transportation: The product is the heat stabilizer for processing PVC, and it is non-flammable and non-explosive.
Storage: The iron bucket should be placed in cool and dry area with the storage temperature from 5 to 30°C. The bucket should be sealed immediately after use.
