Used as heat stabilizer for PVC processing; methyl tin mercaptan heat stabilizer (181 for short) is the most effective and most applicable heat stabilizer for PVC plastic processing at home and abroad. Because of its high integrity and transparency, it is especially suitable for food packaging and high-definition rigid PVC products. It is also suitable for transparent films (bottles), PVC pipes, and plastic steel doors and windows.

Product Properties:
Heat Stability: LC699 has high efficient heat stability and good early color stability.
Transparency: The products processed with LC699T have superior transparency, clear color, little gas and no educt.
Process: The excellent high-temperature color stability and long-term dynamic stability provided by LC699T. Without fouling, the time of cleaning equipment is shortened. It is suitable for all kinds of process of flexible and rigid PVC, such as calendaring, extrusion, injection and blow molding, etc.
Amount: On the same condition, less methyl tin mercaptide compared with butyl tin or octyl tin can achieve the same effect.
Safety: The product of methyltin mercaptide has been approved by American FDA (21 CFR 178.2010) and certified by Germany BGA (IIA, 4C). It can be used in food packaging materials and water pipes etc. It’s safe and reliable.

User Notice
Package: The product is packed into iron drum with plastic coating or plastic bucket, and the net weight is 220kg per drum.
Transportation: The product is the heat stabilizer for processing PVC, and it is non-flammable and non-explosive.
Storage: The iron bucket should be placed in cool and dry area with the storage temperature from 5 to 30℃. The bucket should be sealed immediately after use.
Safety: Avoid any contact with mouth, eyes and skin. In case of contact with skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water immediately. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, flush with water immediately and get medical attention. The work place should be ventilated so as to avoid inhaling evaporated gas directly in the production operation.
Environment:: According to environment safety standards of Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), including the standard of tin use for all the industries. TWA (eight hours average value) is 0.1mg/m3 (tin); short-time exposure value is 0.2mg/m3

SAFETY AND HANDLING
LC-181 stabilizer is a liquid tin mercaptide thermal stabilizer and should be handled with normal precautions used in good industrial practices for organic liquids. Store in cool, dry area, indoor storage is recommended.
