Product Information
Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as polymer wax referred to as polyethylene wax. Because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance, it has been widely used.
1)Chemical Characteristic : Low adhesive, high softening point and good hardness with stable chemical characteristics of good heat stability, good dispersion performance, no poison, no frost and mucous membrane; as an ideal interior & exterior lubricant, it can be used as a substitute for liquid paraffin, natural paraffin etc.
2) Properties: White particle,flake or powder, with good lubricant effect, chemical durability and good electrical performance, soluble in aromatic hydrocarbon.
3)Technical Specification
High viscosity, high softening point and good hardness with stable chemical characteristics of good heat stability, good dispersion performance, no poison, no frost and mucous membrane; as an ideal interior & exterior lubricant, it can be used as a substitute for liquid paraffin, natural paraffin etc.
* PE110 is good lubricant and hardening agent in powder coating. This product with moderate viscosity, and good thermal stability, should be added in the procedure of inner extrusion, and by adding 0.5% -3%, it can provide the surface coating with very good screw lubrication and hardening effect.
*In some solvent-based offset printing inks and gravure printing inks, good abrasion and scratchresistance can be obtained by just adding an additional amount at 0.5- 2%.
